You know this place is legit when it's packed during lunch time with all of the elders and folks who work in the community. We ordered the tofu dish, orange chicken, and chow min. Everything was very tasty and affordable! Will be back again!

Nine of us came for lunch. Everything was delicious! Nice ambience and decor. Good service. Better to sit in the room with a big window because it has more light. There's also another room. Favorites were the eggplant, pea sprouts, noodles, string beans and 2 dishes of filet mignon. We also ordered the fried filet of sole, shrimp with walnuts, shrimp with cashews, and orange chicken. Best to enter on Hill, go up the stairs to 215. It's right by the stairs on the right. Escalators were not working in this mall. Parking on the lot (fee) or street parking.

Very good lunch takeout today. Mangolian beef was properly stir-fried with onion, scallion and dried red chili. Seafood tofu clay pot was big and delicous although should be renamed "Tofu broccoli with chicken and very little seafood". $25 + 1 tip. Good stuff.

Another regular joint that my dad frequents. Coming here since I was a kid and now I have a kid. Food still great and reliable. They survived covid. Amazing. They are solid. Place is unasumming and you need to go to the 2nd floor for them. Practically the only establishment in the building that is open on labor day. AND offering lunch specials! The property management company has recently changed so they don't validate for parking (as with howlin rays and other great eateries here). It's a good mix crowd here and glad that non-chinese folks know this place is legit.
